Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust - EPR Transformation & DT&i Portfolio Delivery
Veracity are the Strategic Delivery Partner supporting GSTT (KCH, RBH & SEL ICS) in the delivery of the largest transformation programme (Apollo) across the NHS, driving digital innovation to enable their teams and patients to benefit from revolutionary medical technology.
We are responsible for providing delivery support and specialist IT and Digital expertise to the Apollo programme, implementing the new Epic EPR System and the wider DT&i Portfolio, delivering a solid, secure and resilient infrastructure foundation to enable strategic digital innovation across the Trusts.
Education Development Trust - Technology Transformation
Designing and implementing a new centralised digital delivery service which enabled improvements in both project and technology delivery, and a new Target Operating Model through technical architecture and a service delivery framework for the improvement of current and future technology environments. We developed a new PPM process and governance framework to manage the delivery of fit-for-purpose IT services, continuous improvements and oversight of all technology enabled projects.
In order to manage delivery of the transformation and change management, new ways of working and training across the enterprise, we established a scalable and agile PMO. Through robust business analysis, Veracity undertook a deep dive of the as-is processes, technology, governance and ways of working to support the research, recommendation, and implementation of technology solutions across the Trust.
Home Office - Finance & Transformation Support
Veracity currently supports the Home Office (HO) within two of the largest GMPP transformation programmes. We have led on the development of several complex programme business cases, as well leading on the strategy, scope, options, benefits management and realisation plans for both programmes. All business cases to date have been successfully taken through governance with the IPA, HMT and MPRG with funding approved.
We also provide specialist financial support across various teams within the Department such as, financial modelling and analysis to improve accuracy, efficiency and reporting; coordination of the medium-term financial plans; finance process reviews and improvements and technical financial support for the Accounting Officer advice and year-end financial accounts.
Central Government Regulator - Digital Transformation
Enabling digital transformation, resilience and regulatory independence in response to the UK leaving the European Union, through the replacement of legacy systems and applications, to improve customer experience, data strategy and application validity.
Veracity works as a trusted service provider to the organisation and manages workstreams across User-Centred Design, Architecture, Project and Programme Management, Service Management and integration development to deliver effective change and drive continuous improvements.
